Quick tips before you start : )
1. Have Your Code Ready:
You’ll need a Code to do your profile, so ask your
career adviser if you haven’t got one. The code is entered once you’ve
completed the questionnaire.
2. About Career Profile:
You will be presented with 32 Groups of questions.
Don’t freak out! : )
This is a profile not a test. There are no right or wrong answers so you
cannot pass or fail. Each Group consists of four statements and you must
ONLY choose one that is MOST like you and one that is LEAST like you.
(please refer to the example table below)
Don’t over analyse on your response too long. Your
first reaction is usually the best response. It’s important to answer as
you, not what you want others to think you are. Most people complete in
10 – 15 minutes.
3. Important:
Don’t Go Back! During the profile, don’t go back to a
previous section once you have clicked on the ‘next button’ and don’t
use the ‘back button’ on your browser.
4. Your Profile:
My Career Match profiles are sent by email immediately
on completion. Profiles are attached as PDF documents so you need Adobe
Reader installed on your computer. If you don’t have you can download
free from www.adobe.com
