Terms and Conditions
1. Conditions of Use
The Vendor grants the Purchaser access to MyCareerMatch website to
conduct Career Profile assessments limited to the number of reports
purchased and to download various reports and resources. Reports cannot
be sold, transferred or used by any other party. The Vendor will do its
best to ensure that services provided by its Internet Service Providers
and Web Hosting businesses are in operation. The Vendor is not
responsible for any break down in delivery services of profile reports
or access to the website.
2. Reports
Reports do not need to be completed in a given period and can carry
forward until the number initially purchased is used. Additional reports
can be purchased at any time.
3. Excess Charges
The fee paid per report will be charged for each additional report
generated in excess of the number purchased.
4. Career Profiles
The Vendor is not responsible for the accuracy of Career Profile reports
completed by the User. The Vendor does not purport to offer career
advice or counselling. The Career reports are a tool and aid for career
advisers.
5. Security Access
The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that computer security within
its facility allows Users to access MyCareerMatch and permits Temporary
Cookies used by MyCareerMatch to process the questionnaire.
6. Resources
The Vendor provides resources for Careers Advisers, Teachers and
Parents. It does not warrant the advice given to the Purchaser.
7. Privacy
The vendor does not retain or view copies of Career Profile reports of
users and therefore cannot supply replacement copies should reports be
mislaid or not received. A copy of the Career Profile is emailed, in
most cases, to the Career Adviser.
8. Disclaimer
MYPROFILE the Vendor, its Directors, Associates, Consultants or Staff
are not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special,
consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including and without
limitation, any damages arising out of, or in anyway connected with, the
use or performance of the MyCareerMatch Career Profile Report, or any of
the resources available or its Website.
9. Termination
Access to MyCareerMatch will be discontinued immediately and no refund
given if the Purchaser breaches any of the Terms and Conditions or fails
to make payment within 30 days of invoice.
10. Copyright & IP
The Purchaser acknowledges that all the material, reports and
information is the Copyright and Intellectual Property of Myprofile Pty
Ltd. The Vendor grants the Purchaser permission to use this information.
